"Meditation" is simply an alpha brain wave entrainment technique, which synchronises the two brain heme-spheres into 8 Hz, but the additional afect is that the closing of the eyes, stops Melatonin flow leakage to the body, and makes it saturate the neo-cortex, and hence there is an increased production of Meltaonin and Pinoline. Note that this does not stop flow to the body, but instigates flow to the brain.

Na podlagi česa si ugotovil, da potrebuješ meditacijo???
Mislim, da je za začetnika najboljše, da se priklopiš kakšni skupini tako, da ti tehniko pokaže nekdo, ki se spozna na te stvari.

Imagine Running
“When you are running your breathing naturally goes very deep and it starts massaging the Hara — which is in fact the center from where meditative energy is released.

Know Only Consciousness Exists

If you penetrate into your body, three layers are there: Just on the surface is your body. The body looks material, but deep down there are currents of life, prana, vital energy. Without that vital energy your body would be just a corpse. It is alive, with something flowing in it. That flowing `something' is energy. But deeper, still deeper, you are aware, you can witness. You can witness both your body and your vital energy. That witnessing is your consciousness.

Every existence has three layers. The deepest is the witnessing consciousness. In the middle is vital energy and just on the surface is matter, a material body.

This technique says, this consciousness exists as each being, and nothing else exists. What are you? Who are you? If you close your eyes and try to find out who you are, ultimately you are bound to come to a conclusion that you are consciousness.

This consciousness exists as each being, and nothing else exists.Live with this notion. Be sensitive to this and wherever you move, move with this mind and this heart Ż that everything is consciousness and nothing else exists. Sooner or later, the world will change its face. Pri TM dobiš mantro (ena beseda), ki naj bi bila brez pomena zato, da se um ne ukvarja z njo. Potem pa to ponavljaš dvajset minut zjutraj in zvečer. Je zelo nenaporna tehnika, ki te s ponavljanjem popelje v globino do polja čiste zavesti. Taka je teorija, v praksi pa ne vem kolk je kaj učinkovita. Verjetno je odvisno od vsakega posameznika.
Nadgradnja TM - sidhi tehnike, so pa energetsko zelo močna stvar. Posebno pri skupinskih meditacijah te kar v luft meče. Mahariši je enkrat dejal, da so sidhiji pralni stroj kolektivne zavesti

Torej, zanima me: klok časa že, kako redno prakticiraš, kakšne občutke doživljaš, katere pozitivne (ali negativne) spremembe so se ti pokazale, tvoje osebne izkušnje, ne na splošno.

Sidhije delam ene tri leta, dvakrat na dan po eno uro (z meditacijo vred). Prakticira se 17 sidhijev od katerih je levitacija najmočnejša. Levitacijo se dela 15 minut in te full nabije z energijo, mirom in radostjo.
Največjo spremembo sem opazil (poleg vse večjega notranjega miru), da čedalje bolj spontano delujem, da mi stvari kar same prihajajo, ko jih potrebujem - dovolj je že sama želja. Kot sem že enkrat napisal je Mahariši nekoč dejal:
Če si nečesa zares močno želiš, pusti naj gre svojo pot. Če bo prišlo nazaj, bo zavedno tvoje, če ne bo ti itak nikoli ni bilo namenjeno.
Bistvo TM je, da se v meditaciji potapljaš v polje vseh možnosti, pri sidhijih pa iz tega polja deluješ. Torej si nekakšen kreator.
A sem kej pozabu ???
