Shocked Baje nekdo v Sloveniji predeluje avtomobile na električni pogon. Predelava baje ni draga. Cena registracije je smešno majhna. Ena polnitev za 200 Km te pride cca. 200 sit. Avto doseže hitrost do 140 km/h in ima vgrajen regulator momenta. Slabost: avto je poln akumulatorjev.
Motor je baje patentiran.

Cannabis for Fuel

Fossil fuels are the United States primary source of all energy. Today, over 90% of all the energy used in the Untited States comes from the burning of fossil fuels. The side affects of the U.S.'s over use of these fuels has created numerous life time environmental consequences. With the burning of fossil fuels, harmful chemicals like sulfor and carbon dioxide are released into our atmosphere, thus creating global warming, and acid rain. A solution is in site, but government officials, and leaders choose to ignore one of the most economical ways of protecting this planet.

In 1937, the Marijuana Tax Act was passed, which banned the recreational, and medical use of cannabis. I believe that this current policy is wrong for America, because the cannabis plant could be our solution to a clean and safe place to live. As most people know, there are a limited supply of these fossil fuels that we burn, and one day that supply is going to run completely dry. Our government needs to start thinking, and preparing for the future of its citizens. We must start taking control of this world, and not let it dwindle into despair, because if we do let our earth go, what are we left with?

The reason why the cannabis plant is our solution to a virtually pollutant tree atmosphere is because of the plants high level of cellulose content, which can be made into ethanol, and methanol fuels. These fules allow for a more complete combustion of hydrocarbons, providing a higher, lead free octane than the gas currently being used, and with less carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere. This is possible because of the biomass that the cannabis plant biologically produces. This biomass can be converted into virtually any sort of energy, and it is estimated that 90% of all energy produced by the use of fossil fuels could instead be produced from cannabis biomass. The cannabis biomass conversion to fuel and gasoline is at a fraction of the cost of oil, coal, or nuclear energy, so with saving our environment we also get to save money.

The cannabis plant when burned and released into the atmosphere only releases carbon dioxide absorbed during its growing season, which is just a few months. While, the burning of fossil fuels, releases carbon dioxide from millions of years ago, when the earth's atmosphere was very different from todays. Also, it is important to note that the cannabis plant produces enought oxygen throughout its growing season to counterbalance all the carbon dioxide it will later put into the atmosphere when burned as fuel.

Before the 1937 Marijuana Tax Act, Henry Ford utilized hemp fuel for cars, and his first Model T was designed to run ona methanol petrol, produced from hemp seeds. Before 1937, race cars, military vehicles, U.S. farmers, and auto drivers used a methanol based fuel.

I think that America needs to stop being ignorant to the fact that there is a conceivable way in which we can save this planet. The cannabis plant should be used, because it doesn't release dangerous amounts of chemical smoke into the atmosphere, like fossil fuels do. I believe that the cannabis plant ought to be America's answer to how and why to break the oil ties to the Middle East. The FCDA have produced their biomass equation, and it shows that cannabis biomass is the most effective and potentially cheapest and most reliabe ways to produce energy. We should be running cars on hemp oil, and utilizing the 50,000 commercial uses of the cannabis plant.

My proposal is to take advantage of an effortlessy grown crop, and use it to the nations benefit. America should construct vehicles made of hemp fiber, that run on methanol gas. We need to be a smart country, and recognize that we are taking advantage of this world. As human beings, we do not own this earth, we are merely inhabitants of it. As a country, we should respect this vast territory and take care of it, and this starts with finding alternative ways of producing energy. I believe that my policy, to utilize the Cannabis plant's benefits, is better than continuing to burn fossil fuels, coal, and oil, because it is clearly more environmentally friendly, it will save the government money, and it will also save money for United States citizens. Today, there are so many different types of pollution ou there, so why shouldn't we take advantage of an inexpensive, easily grown plant that omits virtually no pollution into the atmosphere?

We need to allow ourselves to be able to use safer medicine and safer fuel. It's time for us to let our governors know that we make the rules and that the abuse needs to stop.]

A se je že kdo pozanimal o tem tipu,ki predeluje avtomobile v električne.Ful me zanima,sicer nisem še nikjer zasledila,razen tukej...Če kdo kej več ve o tem,dej naj to napiše,prosim. Smiley

Hydrogen car beats record

German engineers have built a car that can travel a world record 1,800 miles on less than a gallon of hydrogen fuel.

The so-called Hysun 3000, presented at the recent Fuel Cell Congress in Stuttgart, drove from Berlin to Barcelona on less than three quarters of a gallon of hydrogen.

"We have achieved a world record distance using hydrogen," said Hysun spokesman Joerg Schweigard.

"A fuel cell driven car has never travelled this far on public streets with such low fuel consumption - the equivalent of twelve litres of petrol."

The team of engineers personally took turns driving the car from Berlin to Barcelona, in what they called "realistic driving conditions".

"We wanted to subject the car to the demands of normal driving, with unpredictable weather, temperature and traffic conditions," said Schweigard.

The team hopes that the success of the experimental test drive will draw more attention to fuel cell power as an alternative to petrol.

"If the public supports such projects, it will become easier for politics and industry to create the necessary preconditions for this kind of future technology," he said.

The engineers, most of them employed at Ballard Power Systems in Germany, developed and constructed the Hysun3000 exclusively in their free time over the last two years.

Unlimited New Energy from Sun and Water.

A revolutionary new way of harnessing the power of the sun to extract almost unlimited energy from water will be a reality within seven years.

“It would be the cheapest, cleanest and most abundant energy source ever developed,” say scientists from Australia’s University of New South Wales. “The main by-products would be oxygen and water.”

Special titanium oxide ceramics will harvest sunlight and split water to produce hydrogen fuel. The researchers say it will then be a simple engineering exercise to make a device with no moving parts to harvest the energy; and it will give off no greenhouse gases or pollutants.

“This is potentially huge, with a market the size of all the existing markets for coal, oil and gas combined,” says Professor Janusz Nowotny who, with Professor Chris Sorrell, is leading a solar hydrogen research project at the University’s Centre for Materials and Energy Conversion. The team is thought to be the most advanced in developing the cheap, light-sensitive materials that will be the basis of the new technology.

Chris Sorrell says Australia is ideally placed to take advantage of the enormous potential of this new technology: “We’ve abundant sunlight, huge re-serves of titanium. But this technology could be used anywhere in the world. It’s been the dream of many people for a long time to develop it and it’s exciting to know that it is now within such close reach.”

Although existing hydrogen fuel cell technology is more efficient than the internal combustion engine and dramatically cuts down vehicle emissions, currently hydrogen is produced from fossil fuel, so that it still gives off greenhouse gases. This new process would cut out these emissions.

In Britain, a team of scientists at Leeds University have developed an-other process that enables hydrogen to be produced from vegetable oils, so cars could in future have a tank of sun-flower oil that would be converted into hydrogen to power the fuel cell motor.

Meanwhile, in Scotland, the world’s first commercial-scale floating Wave Energy Converter, The Pelamis, has successfully generated its first electricity for the UK grid.

In the US over 350 bankers and investors met to explore the state of financing for renewable energy in America. The American Council on Renewable Energy and Euromoney was completely oversubscribed. “It’s great to see renewable energy entering the mainstream,” said the organizers.

Zanima me če slučajno imate podatke o človeku, ki naj bi se ukvarjal s predelavo navadnih avtomobilov v avtomobile na električni pogon. Zelo bi vam bil hvaležen za telefonsko št. ali mail naslov oz. karkoli kar bi pomagalo pri vzpostavitvi kontakta.

Tole sem našla o Andreju Deteli,za katerega mislim,da je ta tipson,ki predeluje te avtomobile(čeprav imam tuki filing,da je tole šele v nastajanju,al?)...kontaktne št. še nisem našla,upam,da pa jo bom.



Električna vozila se hitro razvijajo, pa vendar še vse preveč posnemajo klasične bencinske avtomobile: sodobni elektromobili imajo centralni elektromotor in klasični mehanski prenosni sistem (sklopka, prestave, diferencial in homokinetski zglobi). Ta vozila ne izkoristijo vseh možnosti, ki jih ponuja prehod na elektriko. Prav to je eden dveh glavnih vzrokov za prepočasno uvajanje električnih vozil v promet.


Drugi glavni vzrok, ki je bolj znan, je povezan z izvorom električne energije. Akumulator kot edini izvor mobilne električne energije je zastarela opcija, saj so vsi akumulatorji pretežki, poleg tega pa vsebujejo ekološko problematične težke kovine. Zdaj po svetu raziskujejo številne druge možnosti, od keramičnih mikroturbin do gorivnih celic. Gorivne celice imajo visok izkoristek (več kot 50%) in so tik pred komercializacijo. Njihova cena je ta hip sicer še previsoka, vendar pričakujemo preobrat v nekaj letih. Kot pogonsko gorivo lahko služi vodik (najenostavnejša izvedba celice, vendar nastopijo problemi s skladiščenjem vodika) ali kaj drugega, na primer metanol ali celo navadni bencin. V naslednjih letih se bo verjetno najprej uveljavil metanol. Ta rešitev se zdi zelo primerna, kajti v tem primeru ne bi bilo treba spreminjati infrastrukture na črpalkah – k obstoječim stebrom na črpalkah bi preprosto dodali še enega za metanol. Lahko se vprašamo, kaj pridobimo, če pa se spet vračamo k bencinu ali metanolu. Pridobimo ogromno, kajti bencinski motor ima efektivni izkoristek med 5 in 20 % (5% v mestni vožnji, 20% v relacijski), gorivna celica pa preko 50% ne glede na režim delovanja. Torej je tudi škodljivih emisij veliko manj. Izvor energije pa ni edina konceptualna sprememba v novi generaciji električnih vozil.

Fizikalna analiza vseh možnih rešitev pokaže, da so najbolj perspektivne variante vozil s takoimenovanim direktnim pogonom: vsako pogonsko kolo ima svoj lasten elektromotor, ki je vgrajen neposredno v kolo, tako da je rotor elektromotorja že kar del pogonskega kolesa. Električni bicikel (ali moped) ima motor v pestu zadnjega kolesa, elektromobil pa ima štiri motorje, po enega v platišču vsakega kolesa. Vsi elementi mehanskega prenosa torej odpadejo, preostanejo samo kolesa kot edini gibljivi del. Električna vozila nove generacije bodo temeljila na tu opisanem direktnem pogonu (DD, direct-drive).

Te konstrukcijske zamisli se doslej ni dalo uresničiti, kajti motor za DD pogone vozil mora izpolnjevati dve navidez težko združljivi zahtevi: zelo majhna masa in zelo velik dosegljiv navor. Znani elektromotorji dosegajo le kakih 10 N×m/kg specifičnega navora. Novi motorji po naših izvirnih invencijah pa dosežejo kar trikrat večji specifični navor, kar že zadostuje za zahteve direktnega pogona. Konstrukcija tega motorja je zelo preprosta: ima le kakih 10 različnih sestavnih delov in je torej poceni.

Centralni element vozila zdaj ni več motor, temveč mikroprocesor, ki uravnava delovanje vseh štirih motorjev. Vsako kolo ima optimalno avtonomijo. Implementacija ABS, ASR in še drugih varnostnih sistemov je trivialno enostavna. DD elektromobil je torej veliko varnejši kot klasični avto.

Poleg tega ni energetskih izgub v mehanskih prenosih. Vozilo je zelo lahko, izjemno gibčno, cenejše od klasičnih elektromobilov in okolju še bolj prijazno. Ker se motorji umaknejo v kolesa, so možne nove oblikovne rešitve vozila – s poudarkom na človeku prijazni obliki, pa seveda na izboljšani aerodinamiki in posledično manjši porabi energije.

Vse našteto je povsem uresničljivo že danes, vendar ni pravega razvoja. Zakaj? Avtomobilska industrija ni iskreno zainteresirana za večje spremembe, saj lahko še vrsto let kar dobro služi z obstoječimi proizvodnimi linijami. Pa tudi preveč togo so vpeti v preživele koncepte klasičnega bencinskega avtomobila. Upajmo, da bo do preobrata prišlo še pred kako hudo ekološko krizo.

Razvoj se ne bo ustavil pri električnih avtomobilih. Naslednji projekt, ki ga pripravlja naša skupina, je še v konceptualni fazi razvoja. Gre za ultralahko električno letalo brez propelerja. To vozilce posnema obliko kačjega pastirja s štirimi krili (razpon čez krila samo 4 m, masa vozila samo 50 kg) in leti skoraj neslišno pri hitrosti 120 km/h. Vzleta in pristaja lahko navpično, torej ne potrebuje nobene vzletne steze. Poraba energije je približno tolikšna kot pri elektromobilu. Najtrši oreh je pogonski sistem v krilih (nekakšne utripajoče škrge s posebnimi elektrostatskimi mikromotorji), vendar kaže, da ga bomo znali rešiti. Pri reševanju tega problema se poleg fizike poslužujemo tudi bionike, kar pomeni, da analiziramo razne učinkovite rešitve letenja, ki so se razvili pri živih organizmih (v tem primeru zlasti ptiči, žuželke in nekatere ribe).
