With telekinesis, you can move objects. At first you will only be able to move the pinwheel and as you progress you will be able to move heavier and more dense objects.
The main secret in telekinesis is to believe it is real. If you think that it is all a fake(which it isnt because I have done it), you wont get anywhere.
Exercise 1
How to make the pinwheel
To make the pinwheel, you need to get a square piece of paper with both sides 2 inches(5cm) long. Fold it diagonally, fold it horizontally and fold it vertically. When you have finished, there should be a line going from corner to corner and folded in half. Fold the diagonal folds inwards and push the horizontal and vertical folds outwards. You should now have a 4 pointed star shape. Don't make the gap in the middle too small.
Preperation
Get some blu tack and a needle. Roll the blu tack into a ball and put it onto a fixed surface. Press it down so it is secure. Put the needle point upwards into the blu tack fully so it doesnt wobble. Rest the pinwheel on the tip of the needle and steady it so it doesnt wobble or move.
Actual thing
Sit down on a chair in front of the pin wheel and relax completely. Put one hand one side of it and other hand other side of it so your opposing fingers touch(index finger=index finger).
Now, just concentrate on the pinwheel and have a blank mind. Do not have an intention to move it. Just ignore it while looking at it. You should be thinking things like "YES!!! Ive done it!!" and "Telekinesis is real!" and "It just moved!".
After a while it will turn around in either a clockwise motion or anticlockwise motion depending which hand chakra is more active.
Exercise 2
Put water in a sink. The surface should be just below the hole in the back of the sink. Get a needle or a tooth pick and drop it in the middle of the water. It should float nicely. Wait until the ripples settle and the object stops moving. Now do the same as the pinwheel(above). You should see ripples and/or it moving.
If you started with the pinwheel, go onto the tooth pick when you've mastered it and visa versa.
When mastered both, go onto a pencil. Try to roll it side to side. You will not be able to move the pencil straight away, even though you can move the pinwheel. When you can roll it, try moving it vertically with the led at the front. This will be harder because of all the friction.
When you have mastered the pencil, go back to the pinwheel for 1 try. You will have complete control over it.
Sometimes this can cause people to be freiked out, so please be ready for it to move rapidly.
After mastering the pencil, go onto a pen, then a shapener and keep incresing the difficulty.
