Evo, obljuba dela dolg, sicer je mal trajalo, a se za dobre stvari splača malo počakati... ;) ;D



                                Meditacija v zlati mreži


Sprostimo se…

Vsedemo se  tako, da imamo  stopala na tleh in smo  povezani z mati Zemljo…

Začnemo, globoko vdihnemo… sapo zadržujemo 4 srčne utripe, in jo zatem izdihnemo…


Še enkrat, vdihnemo in čutimo belo svetlobo ljubezni in zaščite, kako vstopa in prodira v vsako celico, vsak živčni končič našega telesa…spet zadržujemo sapo… izdihnemo in čutimo kako izginevajo  vsi  strahovi,  jeza in dvomi…

In zopet se sprostimo, tokrat še bolj globoko, sedaj, ko nadaljujemo z dihanjem…

Znajdemo se v gozdni soteski, obkroženi z visokimi borovci… Medtem ko sedimo, se razgledujemo naokrog in opazimo njihovo dostojanstveno krasoto…


Vetrček neslišno pihlja skozi ta tihi gozdiček, slišimo šelestenje zibajočih vej in na obrazu čutimo njegovo nežno sapo …

Sedimo tam, se grejemo na soncu, se samo sproščamo in smo…

Zagledamo se  na levo in opazimo slabotno svetlikanje, ki se pojavi na travniku  poleg  borovca in se začudimo kaj to je…



Medtem ko spoštljivo gledamo, začne svetlikanje postajati bolj razločno…Začne se spreminjati v niz zlate svetlobe v obliki ogromne mreže… Ko se matearializira še več svetlobe, se počutimo zelo mirne…

Zdi se, da nam mreža pomigne, naj se ji približamo in jo raziščemo, torej vstanemo in stopamo proti njenemu robu…
Čutimo spoštovanje, smo brez strahu …


Ko stopimo na eno izmed zlatih niti, smo presenečeni, ko ugotovimo, da je tako močna, da lahko podpira našo telesno težo…
Vidno je, da se razteza daleč stran…

Počutimo se lahke, plavajoče, ko se pričnemo vzpenjati… Počutimo se žive in kar izžarevamo ljubezen…

V daljavi zagledamo zlata vrata,
Za trenutek se ustavimo in pogledamo nazaj…
Gozd in pojava dreves se nam sedaj  zdijo mnogo manjši…



Pot nadaljujemo navzgor in  opazimo, da vrata postajajo vedno večja…
Počutimo se presenetljivo lahke in zračne…
Imamo zvišane vibracije…
Dosežemo zlata vrata, ki so gromozanska… Za trenutek razmišljamo, nato pa se zaženemo proti njim… So lahka in potiho nihajo navznoter…

Za trenutek obstojimo na vhodu in se odločamo ali se želimo vrniti nazaj ali nadaljevati…
Pogledamo nazaj, navzdol po mreži, gozd se zdi čisto majcen, v velikosti otroške igrače…


Zdaj se prebudi naša radovednost, odločimo se nadaljevati…
Prestopimo prag in vstopimo…

Navdušeno obstanemo v kristalnem hodniku; veliki kristalni stebri stojijo  v popolnih intervalih… Kristalni lestenci mečejo prizmično  svetlobo, ki se na zidovih odraža kot mavrica…tla so narejena iz črnega oyxa…

Na koncu dolgega hodnika stojijo še ena vrata…
Hodimo proti vratom; so odprta in skozi sije sončna svetloba…

Ko dosežemo vrata, pogledamo  ven , s pogledom  navzdol po gromozanski piramidi… Prizor, ki vzbuja spoštovanje…

Daleč spodaj, vidimo velik park, ki se razteza okoli piramide;
Drevesa, travniki in srebrno modro jezero, zaključijo spodnji prizor…

Opazimo, da smo na pristajališču, vzdolž zidu, zelo blizu vrha…
Medtem ko se sprašujemo, kako bi prišli na dno, se kar znajdemo tam…

Pogledamo navzgor in vidimo, da ta stran piramide sega skoraj do oblakov…
Sestavljena je iz neke vrste neprozornega kristala, in ko se sončna svetloba premika, zgoraj  skozi oblake, se nam zdi, da spreminja barvne odtenke in sence mehkih barv…

Opazimo območje neposredno pred oporiščem; pot tlakovana s kamenjem za tlak vodi docela okoli piramide…

Odločimo se, da raziščemo območje in tako začnemo hoditi skozi oporišče…
Vsaka stran je kar predolga in nam vzame kar nekaj časa, preden jo prehodimo… Medtem, ko hodimo, vpijamo vase  vtise…

Čutimo pomirjene in vesele  vibracije, ki odmevajo s piramide, po premisleku, se skladajo z vibracijami naše duše…
Ko zavijemo za vogal, zagledamo oddaljen tempelj, podoben kristalnim stavbam, vendar se najprej odločimo raziskati piramido…

Čutimo toplo sonce, zdi se kot bi ogrel našega duha in nam pomagal, da se počutimo zelo žive… Mehki,  beli,  napihnjeni oblački se leno zbirajo nad našimi glavami…

Zavijemo za naslednji vogal…pridemo v območje, ki nas spominja na ulični lokal…  mize in stoli zapolnjujejo prostor in nad vsako  mizo je platnena  streha, podobna  mareli…
Je kot paviljon…

Opazimo, da je razen treh ljudi,  prazen, …
Ti stojijo in nas pozdravijo, ko se približamo…Vsak od njih nas objame in nam pove svoje ime…

Moškemu je ime  M’barra in je čuvaj,
Prvi  ženski, visoki blondinki, je ime  Kolondra, ona je čuvaj in vodnik, objame nas in nas poljubi na obraz…

Drugi  ženski je ime  Xanthia, je čuvaj in svetovalka… Na voljo ima veliko informacij…
Vzemite si trenutek časa, da vidite, če ima kateri od njih za nas kako sporočilo…


Razkažejo  nam celotno območje, piramida se uporablja za zdravljenje in meditacijo… Stavbe podobne templjem so Sobane znanja…

Objasnijo nam, da moramo samo prehoditi zlato mrežo in jih lahko kadarkoli obiščemo…
Objamemo jih in se jim zahvalimo, nato se obrnemo, da odidemo…
Oni  izginejo…

Zopet se znajdemo v gozdu, kjer  sedimo in opazujemo izginevati zlato mrežo…
Hkrati smo srečni in žalostni…
Srečni za doživetje, žalostni, ker se je končalo…
Z nasmehom se spomnimo, da lahko kadarkoli spet obiščemo zlato mrežo…

Veš da ne, mam pa več različnih drugače, radarje pa imam vklopljene, da še kako najdem kje, da jo lahko ob ponedeljkih na chatu uporabim!

Če ima kdo kako, se priporočam, jo lahko kle objavite, jih bomo sprobal! :)

An important meditation

Hello Humans,

I would like to thank you all for sharing this ride through reality with me. I believe we are all learning to use our will to create the reality we experience. I believe we humans are at a key inflection point in our spiritual development right now. We can become more than we have ever been or we can continue an endless cycle of repeating past mistakes. It is important that we recognize that love is a powerful energy that can be harnessed and used to uplift humanity. I believe we need to unite our love energy and allow it to way in on the state of the world events that we will experience. I have a meditation that will help us unite our love energy. Please allow me to share it with you.

For at least a few minutes everyday take some quiet time and imagine your body as a filament of light that is radiating a rainbow of colors. Imagine that there is a golden light radiating up from the center of the earth. Imagine a shaft of gold light coming up from the center of the earth directly under you and encompassing you. Imagine your lightbody sliding down the gold shaft of light to the center of the earth where you join with all other loving souls here on and in earth. Merge with the gold light at the center of the earth and radiate as much love and care for humanity and for earth as you can for as long as you can. Float back up the gold shaft and into your body. Continue to radiate the rainbow and gold light as you go on with your day.

A New Beginning – Meditation 101.1
Well, well, well. It seems even the X can forget himself sometimes. In my attempt to give some examples of things to do in a meditative state, I forgot my original purpose. I forgot that this is a beginning course. I will not make the same mistake again. If you are one of the many who tried self-healing, or energy retraction and had no results, I apologize. It is my fault.

Let us begin anew. If you have not read the first post on Meditation, please do so. If you have not read the post on Things to do in Meditation, skip it. It will do little good. First we must build the base, or the pyramid will topple. The following are very short, but very instructive meditation firsts. They will get you into the feel of meditation. Each of these is designed to focus on a specific area of development. All of the feelings you experience will be built upon later. Look at these as practice and sustainment. They are meant to be of use to beginners and those who are more advanced but are lacking in one or more areas or the basics, or any level that is pressed for time. I would suggest limiting yourself to 15 or so minutes per session in the beginning. You can do these in any order, but try them all. Many may surprise you in the feelings and elightenment you receive. Peace be with you in your endeavors.

AURAL

This meditation uses a aural focus, in this case music. Find a classic piece you enjoy or one of the many you may find that are labeled for meditation. Whale sounds, water, forest noises, any of these are fine. Begin your meditation as described earlier, or via any method of your choice, with the music playing. Be sure to have a long enough piece that you can complete the exercise without having to break your state to rewind the tape or restart the CD. Be sure your back is well supported and as straight as possible. Once you are fully relaxed, listen to the music, don’t just hear it. Feel it flow through you. Don’t anticipate or hum along, make it part of you and you part of it. Allow any thoughts or feelings you might have pass by. Don’t allow yourself to get caught up in any of these. Just let them be and be one with the music. When you have reached the point where there is no sound but the music and you actually feel it all over your body, you have completed. You may come out of the meditation as you like.

LIGHT

This meditation uses a visual focus, light. Begin in the usual fashion. You are going to create the rainbow within yourself one color at a time. Remember Roy G. Biv, the colors of the rainbow. If you can’t see them at first, don’t worry. Just imagine that they are there. Start with red, see it come at you, around you, then fill you. Follow with orange, then yellow. Green, blue, indigo, violet. See and feel yourself fill with each color in turn, they may mix together, you may feel heat associated with each one. Perhaps the heat will be associated with a certain part of the body. Keep doing this until you see and feel each color. Ten to fifteen minutes should be enough. When you have finished to your satisfaction, come out of meditation.

I AM

This meditation focuses on you. It is both one of the most important, the most simple, and the most difficult to perfect. Practice it often, you’ll be surprised at how difficult it really is. Begin in the usual fashion. Relax your entire body. Stop all thought. Simply “be” for ten or fifteen minutes. Think about nothing. Imagining a black empty space may help at first, but then even that becomes distracting. This is the beginning point for many advanced methods. When you have achieved pure nothing, you may come out. It would be wise to try this every time you meditate, changing to one of the other forms if you cannot achieve nothingness. Do not be surprised if you have random thoughts or images suddenly fly in when you are almost there. It may take years to perfect this simple state.

INTERNALIZATION

This meditation focuses on your inner space. It is useful when you feel overwhelmed by other energies or the hectic nature of life. Begin as usual. As you breathe in, feel your chest open up. Force another small bit of air in, feeling the rest of your body open. Let the air out. Do this several times. Feel the empty space inside you opening and closing. Feel it growing larger with each breath. Know this space is yours and belongs to no other, then fill it with something. Fill it with love or peace or tranquility. Fill it with light or flora. It is your space and your filling. In future meditation, you will fill this space with a necessary element to complete a larger meditation. When your space is filled, you have completed and may come out of meditation.

VISUALIZATION

This meditation focuses on visualization. For this, you will need a picture or photograph. Make it of some location you enjoy or would like to visit. It may be of a natural setting or of a city. Seat yourself, placing the picture so that you may look at it comfortably. Look at the picture, focusing on it entirely. When you have it firmly in mind, place yourself there. You may close your eyes at this point or keep them on the picture; whichever feels right to you. Feel the surface beneath your feet. Feel the air, the moisture or the dryness. Feel the sun or moonlight. Smell it. Breathe it in. Taste it. Try this for just a few minutes at first, gradually increasing the time until you can hold the image and feel, hear, see, taste it for ten to fifteen minutes. You may wish to change the picture often to try various scenes and moments. When you have the scene or the prescribed time has elapsed, you may come out of meditation.

AWARENESS

This meditation focuses on opening your awareness. Although not the most important of meditative practices, it is often the most rewarding. It is also a potential that most want to know about. It allows your latent psychic abilities room and permission to function. Begin in the usual manner. As you become fully relaxed, concentrate on your breathing. Imagine each breath is entering your brain and opening it. Feel your brain expand with each breath until it grows larger than your head. Allow several minutes for this to take place. Feel this new size. Just allow it to be for a few moments, then allow it to expand a bit larger. Move your concentration to your new brain. Just remain for a few minutes. You will soon find that new information becomes apparent. Thoughts will suddenly drift in that never have before. You will find that you become more relaxed and a bit more patient. As you continue this practice, your intuitive flashes will increase and creativity may reach new levels. You will also find that your comprehension and acceptance grow. When you are ready, you may come out of meditation.

Meditacija luči in ljubezni

Globoko vdihnemo, dihamo zelo globoko in počasi.
Medtem, ko delamo to lepo vajo, mislimo samo na to,
da v sebe vdihavamo samo substanco Luči in Ljubezni!

Medtem, ko dihamo, si vizualiziramo kako gre v naša telesa bistvo Luči in Ljubezni, v vse zatemnjene celice, skrita mesta – znotraj vseh organov, prsnega koša, pljuč in srca.

Opazujmo svoja telesa, napolnjena s Svetlobo, kako se sprahajajo po prelepi palači,
In prižigajo Luč v vsaki sobi in prehodu, ves prostor je preplavljen s Svetlobo.

Opazujmo sijaj te Svetlobe in na to meditirajmo.
Usmerimo to Božjo/Svetlobno snov proti ranam iz preteklosti.
Opazujmo kako izginevata bolečina in tema v Svetlobo,
Opazujmo kako nas požira Svetloba, vedoč, da bomo osvobojeni.

Odpustimo vsem, za katere mislimo, da so nam to povzročili.
Zavedamo se, da so nam storili to zgolj kot lekcijo za našo rast.
Odpustimo našim nevrednostnim prepričanjem in se jih odvežemo od sebe.
To meditacijo ponavljamo dokler ne osvobodimo svojega srca,
Dokler ne začnemo verjeti da smo ljubezen in lepota.

Personal Ascension is an event in which an individual shifts from a dense physical body to a light body of higher frequency.

World Healing Meditation


In the beginning.
In the beginning God.
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And God said Let there be light: and there was light.

Now is the time of the new beginning.
I am a co-creator with God, and it is a new Heaven that comes,
as the Good Will of God is expressed on Earth through me.
It is the Kingdom of Light, Love, Peace and Understanding.
And I am doing my part to reveal its Reality.

I begin with me.
I am a living Soul and the Spirit of God dwells in me, as me.
I and the Father are one, and all that the Father has is mine.
In Truth, I am a christ of God.

What is true of me is true of everyone, for God is all and all is God.
I see only the Spirit of God in every Soul.
And to every man, woman and child on Earth I say:
I love you, for you are me. You are my Holy Self.

I now open my heart, and let the pure essence of Unconditional Love pour out.

all false beliefs and error patterns are dissolved.
The sense of separation is no more;

Concentration Exercises for meditation

Exercise One
Close your eyes.
Picture the number one floating just in front of your vision.
When you have finished visualising the number, say "one" in your head.
Allow the one to slowly fade from view.
Now picture a "two" in your vision.
When it has fully materialised, say "two" in your head.

Continue working your way up the number sequence. Do not allow any thoughts to interrupt this process - and yes, that includes, "Hey, I'm already at number five!" or "This is really boring." If this, or some external factor, should interrupt the meditation, begin at number one again. Ideally, you should be able to get to one hundred without stopping, but this takes a lot of focus. Try practising for at least a few minutes a day.


Exercise Two
Pick an object from everyday life to concentrate on. Choose something that is not in your immediate reach, so that you have to rely on memory to do this activity. Some good examples would be an apple, a CD case, your pillow, a stick of chapstick, or nearly anything else that you're familiar with.

Mull this object over in your mind, and examine every aspect of it. Here are some helpful questions:


What does the object look like?
How does the object look from far away?
How does it look close up - an arm's length away, or an inch from your face?
What is the texture of the object? Does it have more than one?
How does it feel to touch? Is it soft, hard, lumpy?
Is this object normally cold, warm, hot, or room temperature?
What does it smell like? Is it strong, weak, acidic, sweet?
Does the object make any noise?
What would it sound like if you dropped it on the floor? Tapped it with your finger?
Is the object hollow or solid?
What if you had two of the same object, and banged them together? What kind of sound would that produce?
Is the object malleable or hard?
How heavy is the object?
Can you hold the object in your hand?
How big is the object?
What does the object taste like? It doesn't matter what it is - you can't get food poisoning in the spirit world - so taste it. Is it sweet, salty, bitter, sour?
Examine every possible aspect of the object, until you nearly believe it's really there. Not only is this a good concentration exercise, but it can also be a good grounding technique for your meditation.

How to Meditate
The actual process, like so many ideas listed in this section, is quite a simple one. Find some way to take yourself away from the everyday - this could mean having a bath, burning incense and candles, bringing in some fresh flowers, playing special music, whatever. Do something to make this a special time.

There are several ways that you can position yourself. Some people like to sit in the traditional lotus position, but I've also heard of others who prefer to sit up straight in a chair. I prefer to lay down.

Either way, the first order of business is to relax. Take a few deep breaths, and allow the stress and negativity of your life to flow out of your body, down into the ground. Allow the white light to fill you up and energize you, as well as cleanse the area.

Your first efforts at this may be frustrating and a little disconcerting. That's perfectly normal - this is a skill, after all. As such, some people may be able to get the hang of it right away, while others may need weeks of practise. Go at your own speed, and what you feel comfortable with.

There are numerous ideas out there for how to get started. Some suggest waiting until you see little pricks of light form out of the darkness, and then jump into the light to see what scenario lay waiting. Others talk about out-of-body experiences, and how to send your soul rocketing through the astral plane.

As usual, I tend to go with the simple method. It may be a bit more difficult to get used to at first, but if you find it too challenging, do some research and find an idea you like better.

Close your eyes, and allow a scene to form in front of you. This is somewhat like daydreaming - allow yourself to be found in a situation. Once there, you can take an active role in what is going on. You are not daydreaming, because you are interacting with other beings of existence. You are not sleeping, because you retain full memory and full cognizance of what's going on. You're not astrally projecting, either, because you are on a plane far above the physical world, one in which you may have difficulty accessing your physical memories (in other words, don't be too surprised if you can't remember your phone number).


Another Method
The following is a suggestion that I received through e-mail, which some may find helpful:


Sit down as you would for meditation, and relax your mind for about 5-15 minutes. When you're completely relaxed, close your eyes, and start to join with "everything and nothing". I know this sounds weird, but if you simply ask to do this, it will happen. When the connection is made, throw yourself "back" not necessarily in time, but this is what is implied. When you stop (and it will be suddenly) you will find yourself in a place that is probably empty. Call out that you want to meet your anscestors. These may be people you know, or not, but probably. Then, when they arrive, ask them to show you your spirit guide, then find out it's name.
It sounds simple, but it took me a few tries. The best advice I can give you is have faith in your own "astral" abilities.


Getting Started With Guided Meditations
Below are listed some guided meditations which you may find helpful. You can follow them exactly, by making a recording of them and listening to it while you meditate, or use them to get some ideas of what you could be doing.


Meditation One

There is darkness all around you. Suddenly, you notice a soft light off in the distance, to your right. You gaze at it for a few moments, wondering if this could be. This first light is soon accompanied by one on the left - it glows with the same strength, radiating a warm, inviting light.

You'd like to go over to the lights, to find out what they are, but you can't figure out how to get there. You seem to be floating in a dark ocean - slowly swaying from side to side. Then it occurs to you - you have a body here, which you can move. You stick your hands out in front of you, look down at your legs, touch your face. Your body is real, relaxed, energized.

You spend a few moments examining this new body. You wave your arms, swing your legs back and forth, and nod your head - the idea that you're floating free of gravity doesn't even seem to matter.

Suddenly your games are interrupted - you hear your name being called. Actually, you never hear a voice - it's more like you know that someone's calling you. But who? And why?

You look up. Your question is answered - your guide is standing in front of you. However, you're no longer in the darkness - you're standing on a grassy plain. The sun is shining, with a great blue sky over you. The long grass seems to go on and on for miles with its gentle waves and ripples. This too, reminds you of an ocean - except that you're now standing on solid ground.

Your guide calls your attention once more, you look up - and they begin to speak.

Meditation Two

There is darkness all around you. You are floating in some kind of dark oblivion - but just when you begin to wonder if nothing's going to happen, a scene begins to come into view. You watch it unfold, a curious observer, and perhaps participant in this strange new situation.

The first impression you get is that of rocks. Great, giant boulders - no, actually, now that you look more closely, you can see it's really some cliffs. You look down at your feet, and see that you're standing on rocky ground. You look up again, and this time you're able to see more.

You're standing on the edge of a small cliff, overlooking a great rocky valley. There's not much vegetation here, except for a few scraggly trees, some weeds, and lots of grass. You look up, and see the great blue sky - there's a couple of clouds gently floating by, and you watch them momentairily.

However, you're soon distracted by the new place you've discovered, and the new body you currently have control of. You tentatively take that first step, and find that this body works very much like your physical one. You walk a short distance away from the cliffs, through the grass. You laugh, and are startled at the sound of your new voice, but you can't help it. The long grass is sweeping against your feet and legs, and it tickles.

After you compose yourself, you examine your new body more. You stamp your feet on the ground, wave your hands in the air, shout out loud, and even jump up and down a few times. It's pretty exciting, and you have a good time playing.

Suddenly, there's a noise off in the distance. Still a little unsure about your surrondings, you're hesitant to go explore. The noise happens again, but curiosity overcomes any fears you once had.

You walk back to the cliffs, to see if the noise is eminating from the valley. You don't see anything at first, so you try to call out. "Heeelllooo!" No one answers except for the echo of your own voice. You call out again, but nothing. Once more - just for good measure - you shout out again.

This time, a voice replies - from behind you. A voice says, "hello." A bit scared at first, you realize that this must be your guide. All fears and anxieties seem to melt away from you, and you slowly turn around to greet them once more.

Meditation Three

You slowly become aware that you are floating in a dark space - a blackness which seems to have no end and no beginning.

Suddenly, you see a light flicker, far off in the distance. In fact, for a few moments you're not even sure if you saw anything - but just then, you see it again, but this time in the corner of your eye. The flashes grow more frequent, until it seems as though you're bathed in light. You put your hands over your eyes as the intensity of the experience grows, only to remove them, revealing the strangest scene.

You look up, and all you see are trees. You look down, and all you see is dirt - you are standing on a dirt path, in the middle of the forest. You reach down and touch the ground - it feels cool. You run your hands through the moist earth, then jump up. Your new body feels energized - you feel relaxed, yet excited, and calm, but ecstatic.

You run up next to a tree, and although you first touch it gently, you soon feel the urge to hug it. You wrap your arms around this great old soul, and squeeze it as hard as you can. For a moment, it feels like the tree is hugging you back.

You find yourself running up and down the path, touching the trees, hugging them, and communicating with them in a way you'd never imagined before.

After playing this game for a while, you notice a huge, old tree near a bend in the path. You wonder why you hadn't seen it before - this one seems to have more personality than the others. Its roots have pushed out of the ground, declaring its territory. There are knarls along the branches, which extend gracefully up into the sky. None of the other trees seem to touch this one.

Quietly, almost reverently, you walk towards it. You stand in front of it for a moment before you dash forward to hug this one too. This time it's different though - it doesn't feel as hard, as solid as the other trees. In fact, the trunk feels soft, flexible - and warm.

The tree has turned into your guide. You relax a bit as your guide hugs you back. Then, slowly, you lean your head back to see what your guide looks like - and to listen to what they say.

Connecting with the Web

Breathing the Web. Here is a simple, yet powerful way of connecting with the Web of Love through breath. Close your eyes for a minute and visualize or feel the web connecting the deepest essence in all beings on the planet. We recommend placing your hands over the center of your chest as you do this.

Now, while taking a slow, deep inhale, say to yourself: Your sacred love flows in to me. Then slowly exhale while thinking and feeling: My sacred love flows out to you.

Repeat this a few times now while opening your heart fully to all the love present. Notice how you feel afterwards. Yes, let the love flow!!! Doing this for just a minute or less can really shift us into a more loving space!

There may be times when you want to breathe with the web, but can't remember the words used above. "Love me, love you," is all you need to feel the web. You can create your own sayings, too, with words that are more meaningful to you. The most important element is your intention to connect with all people on this good planet through the Web of Love.

Bringing the Web into the World. If you are ready to deeply transform your whole life, consider taking the Web of Love out into your every day world. You might start your day upon awakening and end your day just before sleeping with the above exercise. Throughout the day you can breathe the Web of Love while doing your daily activities. As you start your day at work, or whenever you feel stressed, take a minute to stop and breathe in the love of the web and of everyone around you. Then on the exhale, breathe your love out to all. You can do it with your eyes open or closed.

You can breathe the web while waiting at a stoplight, with the checker at the checkout stand, or as you pass someone on the street. Simply open to feeling the web and the love deep within anyone you meet and breathe that in. Then, on the out breath, send your love out to the web and to anyone around you. Each time we open to this connection and practice it, we strengthen the love both in ourselves and in the web! All of this can be done in less than a minute, yet as you practice it more and more, don't be surprised if you find your life transforming in big ways!

Breathing the Web With a Friend

Once you are comfortable with this exercise on your own, consider going to greater depth with a friend. You can do it with your eyes closed, but it's even deeper when you both keep your eyes open. Gazing into each other's eyes, feel the love while breathing together: Your sacred love flows in to me. My sacred love flows out to you. It doesn't matter that you might both be breathing love in or out at the same time. Just let it flow however feels best to you both. Once you feel complete with your friend, don't forget to take a minute to close your eyes and share the love you've just generated with all beings on the planet! Great stuff!!!

Instructions for Meditation on the Great Perfection


"When performing the meditation practice one should develop the
feeling of opening oneself completely to the whole universe with
absolute simplicity and nakedness of mind, ridding oneself of all
protecting barriers.

The whole universe is open and unobstructed, everything mutually
interpenetrating. Seeing all things nakedly, clear and free from
obscurations, there is nothing to attain or realize. The nature of
things naturally appears and is naturally present in time-
transcending awareness; this is complete openness.

When performing meditation practice one should think of it as just a natural function of everyday living, like eating or breathing, not as a special, formal event to be undertaken with great seriousness and solemnity. One must realize that to meditate is to pass beyond effort, beyond practice, beyond aims and goals, and beyond the dualism of bondage and liberation.

Meditation is always perfect, so there is no need to correct
anything. Since Everything that arises is simply the play of the
mind, there are no "bad" meditation session and no need to judge
thoughts as good or evil. Therefore one should not sit down to
meditate with various hopes or fears about the outcome: one just does it with no self-conscious feeling of "I am meditating" and without attempting to control or force the mind, and without trying to become peaceful.

If one finds that one is going astray in any of these ways, one
should stop meditating and simply rest and relax for awhile before
resuming.

One should put an end to conceptions about meditation and free
oneself from memories of the past. Each moment of meditation is
completely unique and full of potentiality of new discovery so one is incapable of judging meditation by past experience or by theory.
Simply plunge straight into meditation at this very moment with your whole mind, and be free from hesitation, boredom, or excitement.

When meditating it is traditional and best, if possible, to sit cross-legged with the back erect but not rigid. However, it is most important to feel comfortable, so it is better to sit in a chair if sitting cross-legged is painful.

One's mental attitude should be inspired by the three fundamental
aspects, whether the meditation is with or without form, and it may often prove desirable, if not essential, to precede a period of
formless meditation by a period of meditation with form.

-First, let the mind follow the movement of the breath, in and out, until it becomes calm and tranquil.

-Then increasingly rest the mind on the breath until one's whole
being seems identified with it.

-Finally become aware of the breath leaving the body and going out
into space, and gradually transfer the attention from the breath to the sensation of spaciousness and expansion.

By letting this final sensation merge into complete openness, one
moves into the sphere of formless meditation.

Sometimes in meditation one may experience a gap in one's normal
consciousness, a sudden and complete openness. This experience arises only when one has ceased to think in terms of meditation and the object of meditation. It is a glimpse of reality, a sudden flash that occurs infrequently at first, and then, with continued practice, more and more frequently. It may not be a particularly shattering or explosive experience at all, just a moment of great simplicity.

Do not make the mistake of deliberately trying to force these
experiences to recur, for to do so is to betray the naturalness and
spontaneity of reality."

Your Daily Practice - Morning  by Carolyn Myss

Each day is a new beginning. Your task today is to learn the practice of consciously entering your body and your day. Begin by focusing attention on your entire day from morning to evening.

Review your plans for today:

Think about where you need to be and with whom you need to be.
Do you feel stressful about this day or do you feel comfortable?

Your First Chakra

To je dan ucenja…

Cas, da se sprostimo in pozabimo na napetosti…

Globoko zajamimo sapo… sprostimo se in pocasi izdihnemo…

Sprostimo se; stopala imamo na tleh, da se povežemo z mati Zemljo…

Zopet vzdihnemo; vzdihnemo belo svetlobo ljubezni in zašcite…

Obcutimo kako prodira v vsak organ, vsako celico, vsako molekulo telesa…

Koncno dosežemo vrata… Opazimo, da stezo križajo,  navadna lesena vrata, vendar ne vidimo na nobeni strani ograje…

Radovedno zbujeni odpremo vrata in stopimo skozi…


Nenadoma opazimo, da je travnik izginil…

Najdemo stezo, ki stoji na robu ogromnega gozda…


Ce pogledamo nazaj, vidimo samo prazno steno…


Sonce nam še vedno sije nad glavo, vendar je bolj pozno podnevi…


Vemo, da moramo slediti stezi v gozd…
Za trenutek obstojimo, zbujeni, a ne prestrašeni…
To je pustolovšcina in bo gotovo zanimivo…


Zašli smo globlje v gozd in opazili, da je tudi potok vstopil v gozd…

Veselo vijuga poleg steze… za trenutek se ustavimo in spijemo požirek vode…


Je najbolj cista, ki smo jo kadarkoli okusili; sladka in skoraj ledeno mrzla… Taka je, kot bi pritekla z vrha ledenika…

Steza še naprej vijuga, globlje in globlje v gozd…


Drevesne veje se formirajo v baldahin, ko hodimo globlje in globlje…


V daljavi se pojavi svetlo obmocje…hodimo proti svetlobi… medtem, ko hodimo proti svetlobi, opazimo, da je potok izginil…


Gozd se odpre v jaso… opazimo, da je velik, skoraj popolen krog…

V samem središcu te okrogle jase vidimo ribnik… Prstan velikanskih kamnov obkroža ta posvecen ribnik…


Sprehodimo se proti ribniku in strmimo v svoj odsev na vodi…



Vzemimo si nekaj casa, da pogledamo kaj vidimo…


Koncamo s strmenjem v posvecen ribnik, dano nam je razumeti znamenje…


Sedaj namestimo govoreco palico na osrednji kamen…


Koncamo z gledanjem posvecenega ribnika in si delimo kar smo videli…


Vzemimo si cas, da se spomnimo in globoko vdihnemo, zacnemo šteti nazaj od 5…


5… zavemo se, da si bomo zapomnili to pustolovšcino…


4… zavemo se, da se lahko tja kadarkoli vrnemo, s sprošcanjem in vizualizacijo travnika in steze…


3… Sedaj se vracamo v sedanjost, pocutimo se sprošcene, brez stresa in ponovno oživljene…

MOON MEDITATION: "I'm mentally rich ..."

Space clearer expert Karen Kingston talks about "poverty mentality" - this means living as though you're poor. It means hanging onto your old stuff (which you no longer use and haven't for ages) "just in case" you need it.

She reasons that if we get rid of stuff we no longer need, we make room in our lives for the "stuff" we do. You know - that broken lamp which you can't seem to get around to fixing (and which you're not even sure you like anymore), those 34,884 plastic bags in your
kitchen drawer (which could go into recycling), old clothes which no longer fit (and which you'd never wear again, even if they did) and so on.

Today, as Venus and Saturn meet up under the Libran Moon, think about what you still love and use in your life, and what you're hanging on to simply because you're worried that if you ditch it, you'll never be able to replace it.

Then get rid of what you know is just extraneous clutter in your life ...

Relationships starting around about now will be marked by their steadfastness, sobriety, maturity and maybe even by a certain coolness. Relationships ending now may well have had their day, so make it easier on yourself and at least try not to cling on, if you know that's the case.

Meditacija sonca v Ribah
1. Sprostimo se, smo mirni in tihi.

2. Izgovorimo Veliko Prošnjo:
Z mesta Svetlobe znotraj Božjega Razuma,
naj struja svetlobe odpotuje v razum ljudi.
Svetloba naj se spusti na Zemljo.

Z mesta Ljubezni, znotraj Božjega Srca,
naj stuja ljubezni odpotuje v srca ljudi.
Kristus se lahko vrne na Zemljo.

Iz središča mesta kjer je znana Božja Volja,
naj smisel vodi majhne človeške želje-
Smisel, ki ga poznajo Mojstri in mu služijo.

Iz središča mesta, ki mu rečemo Človeški Rod,
naj se uresničita Načrta Ljubezni in Svetlobe .
In naj zapečatita vrata, tam kjer biva zlo.

Naj Svetloba, Ljubezen in Moč na novo postavijo Zemljin Načrt.

3. OM... OM... OM

4. Pozdrav Kristusu, Glavi Hierarhije, Učitelju Angelov in ljudi.

6. Meditirajmo na to misel:
Kako lahko jaz manifestiram Voljo Vsemogočnega Kreatorja v moje življenje?
Poskusimo in poiščimo odgovore na to vprašanje. (3 min)

7. Vsakdo naj vizualizira sebe, kako stoji v središču slapa, ki čisti našo trojno naravo (naša fizična, emocionalna in mentalna telesa)  (3 min)

8. Izgovorimo Mantro Združitve:
Potomci človeštva so Eno, in jaz sem Eno z njimi.
Jaz težim k ljubezni, in  ne  sovraštvu.
Jaz težim k služenju, in ne izkoriščam služenja drugih.
Jaz težim k zdravljenju, in ne škodovanju drugih.

Naj nam bolečina prinese pričakovano nagrado svetlobe in ljubezni.
Naj duša nadzoruje zunanjo obliko, življenje in vse dogodke in naj prinese na plano Ljubezen, ki leži pod površjem dogodkov časa.
Naj prideta vizija in razumevanje.
Prihodnost naj se razkrije. Notranja harmonija naj se razodane in naš zunanji razkol naj odide. Naj prevlada ljubezen. Vsi ljudje naj ljubijo.

MEDITACIJA ZA SPOZNANJE POVEZANOSTI ENOSTI Z VSEM

Trikrat globoko vdihnemo in izdihnemo...

Vizualizirajmo si sebe,  Bitje Enosti  Vsega, kot Belo Svetlobo Ljubezni,
na območju glave in srca.

Med vizualizacijo si afirmiramo...
"Jaz sem Bitje Enosti."...
Mantra naj ponikne v naš vdih,
medtem, ko gledamo v Belo Svetlobo Večnosti.

Napolnimo Svet Univerzuma z Belo Svetlobo,
in vidimo Vse, kot  že Ozdravljeno.

MEDITACIJA ZVEZDNIH OTROK

Začeli bomo potovati v preteklost... Potovati do trenutka, ko smo kot Zvezdni otroci prvič prišli na zemljo...

Najprej se bomo zrelaksirali...

Udobno se vsedimo , tako da imamo stopala na tleh,  s tem se  povežemo z Mati Zemljo, začnemo globoko dihati...

Počasi in globoko vdihnimo,  dih zadržujemo 4 srčne utripe in nato izdihnimo...

Spet, vdihnimo in občutimo belo svetlobo ljubezni in zaščite, ki vstopa v naše telo... dih zadržujemo 4 srčne utripe in nato izdihnimo...

Občutimo kako ob izdihu naše telo zapuščajo skrbi, stres in strah...

Spet; vdihnimo, občutimo belo svetlobo, ki pronica v vsako našo celico, živec, organ...
Opazujmo kako zrelaksirane se začenjamo  počutiti  ... zadržujemo dih...

Izdihnimo  in postanimo bolj sproščeni…

Stojimo in gledamo  v počasen  rečni tok…To je reka časa…Začenjamo potovanje proti vodnemu toku, nazaj, nazaj, počasi nazaj na začetek…

Ko  potujemo proti vodnemu toku, vidimo pred našimi očmi spremembe, mnoge spremembe …

Pridemo  na cilj našega potovanja…Spremenili smo se…

Sedaj smo zlata, žareča bitja Svetlobe…Povečale so se nam vibracije in so mnogo višje…

Sedaj vemo, da imamo namen; da se učimo, izkušamo, se izražamo…Z drugimi besedami, da rastemo…

Vemo, da smo prišli v novi svet, zato da to počnemo…



Naši varuhi in vodniki so nas na to pripravili…za nalogo so nam povedali pred nami…

Vemo; ko smo enkrat obvezani, ni več vrnitve nazaj…
Vemo, da bomo še doživljali življenja, živeli, ljubili, se učili in tako ravnali…


Sprejeli smo ta izziv, da pomagamo in služimo svojemu bližnjemu…

Pred njim stojimo v veliki sobani,  razsvetljeni od bistva naših življenj…

Iskrice naše svetlobe se odbijajo od kristalnih zidov sobane, širijo  svetlobo znotraj prostora…je intenzivno lesketajoča, vendar ne premočna…

Občutimo ljubezen drug do drugega in ljubezen naših varuhov in vodnikov…to je topel, varen občutek…

Zopet smo opozorjeni na naš namen in na odločitve, ki jih delamo…vemo, da se ta krog ne bo prekinil; nadaljeval se bo še mnogo časa, skozi mnogo življenj…

Spomnimo se naše povezave enega  z drugim; da smo Eno samo z “vsem kar je” in vsemi, ki so iz iste “družine duš”…

Spomnimo se našega časa tu…spomnimo se našega sveta takega kot je bil; fizičnega, ki je sedaj v višji vibraciji kot mesta kamor gremo…

Spomnimo se te zlate aure, našega doma in žareče topline ljubezni…

Spomnimo se popolnosti našega obstoja…popolni, brez napak, še nedotaknjeni in neprestrašeni z doživetji…

Spomnimo se našega prvega obiska sveta, ki mu rečemo Zemlja…To je bilo dolgo nazaj, v linearnem času…

Spomnimo se stavbe mogočne civilizacije in vloge, ki smo jo igrali…





Spomnimo se kako smo si kot bitja svetlobe in višje vibracije zmanjševali to vibracijo, da smo postali fizični…

Ko  smo kot fizična bitja pomagali drugim in jim dajali nasvete; učili in zdravili, živeli kot oni, življenje za življenjem, cikel za ciklom…

Učili smo se in si delili, rastli in pomagai  drugim, da zrastejo duhovno neodvisni; zato, da lahko tudi oni pomagajo drugim…

Dobe so prihajale in odhajale; civilizacije so se dvigale in padale, in mi smo pomagali – z dajanjem podpore, ko je bilo potrebno, učenjem in ohranjanjem spominov  na te čase…

Spomnimo se tudi tega, da je bil vsakdo od nas na svoji duhovni poti, in ni bilo pravih ali napačnih poti; in da se še naprej učimo…

Spominjamo se časov med fizičnimi življenji, ko smo odvrgli fizična oblačila in nadaljevali z učenjem…

In spet smo izbrali obdobja, ko smo bili fizični, da bi pomagali, ko je bilo  potrebno…

Te spomine imamo, oboje, skupaj in narazen ene od drugih… da si pomagamo med seboj, v časih, ko izgubimo smisel…

Ti spomini se vračajo, nas preplavljajo, medtem ko stojimo tam in  sprejemamo svetlobo…

 Razdajali se bomo  za izboljšanje človeštva…

Čutimo bolečino Zemlje, medtem ko kot njeni otroci rastemo skozi njene lekcije, nekatere lekcije so hitrejše od drugih…

Zopet čutimo potrebo po tem, da pomagamo…posijati naši notranji svetlobi, da pomaga razsvetliti poti ostalih…





To je naše doživetje učenja in tako rastemo s  tem, ko pomagamo  drugim, da rastejo…

In na tak način se vržemo proti temu vedno se spreminjajočem svetu, da se rodimo med njegovimi ljudmi…

Potovali smo proti toku reke časa, do našega prvotnega mesta…


Hvala, ker ste delili to potovanje z menoj…

Mi smo Ljubezen, Mi smo Svetloba, Mi smo ENO…

The Inner Child And Your Emotional Heart

The inner child represents your emotions - your heart chakra.

On Valentine's Day - if you will - pease take a moment to relax and do this meditation.

Find a quiet place - free of distractions.

Adjust lighting, room temperature.

Create ambiance with candles, crystals, incense, or anything else that sets the mood.

Loosen clothing - remove eyeglasses - footwear - any restrictive garments.

Sit down or lie down. Find a position that is comfortable for you.

Now inhale slowly through your nose.
Hold the breath as is comfortable for you.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Repeat two more times or as is comfortable for you.

Relax your body - your neck, head, jaw, shoulders, arms, back, and legs.

Close your eyes.

Focus on your heart. Connect with its rhythm.

As you go deeper into your meditation the sound of your heartbeat will become stronger.

Now move your consciousness into your heart - and experience the spiraling energies of your heart chakra.

Good.

Somewhere inside your heart chakra is a pain left from childhood.

Look at the pain.

Focus....You can do it....

Feel the pain.....

Good.

Now see your light.

Embrace the pain with your light.

Pause.....

Now let it go.........

Animal Guide Meditation

Meeting Your Animal Guides
   There are many ways to finding out what your animal guide or guides are. But when you make the journey, it is best to meet one at a time in order to make the most of the visit. My favorite way and most recommend is through a special meditation journey. That is, a meditation with a specific purpose and intent. As usual, grab your journal so you can write down your experience as soon as you've finished. You don't want to forget anything.
   When you have completed your journey, start your research about your particular animal. You might want to pull in their essence during your daily events, so pick a calendar, a picture, a statue or whatever you like.
   The most important part to this meditation is to keep an open mind. Don't go into this with preconceived ideas or perceptions!
Animal Guide Meditation
   Since this is a special meditation, you may want to prepare your meditation space in a special way. Add a few ritualistic events, such as lighting a white candle and saying a prayer stating your intent for this meditative session. You may want to decorate your space with several animal statues or books about a variety of animals. Once you meet your animal guide, you can remove these generic items and replace them with specific ones of your personal animal spirit(s).
   Once you are all set and prepared, this is what you do. Take your time, try to imagine as much detail as possible. And it can't be stressed enough how important it is not to go into this meditation with pre-conceived ideas about what you would LIKE your guide to be. Keep an open mind and an open heart.

      1. Sit in a comfortable position, one that you can sustain for about 30-45 minutes.
      2. Close your eyes and take in a deep cleansing breath. Fill your lungs to their fullest capacity. Then release the breath through your mouth and push all the air out of your body. Take in 3 deep breaths through the nose, imagine the white light from the universe coming into your lungs and collecting at your solar plexus.
      3. With all 3 exhales, image all the stress, anxiety and negativity you have leaving your body carried out to the universe on a gay smoke where it can be dissipated and no longer do harm to anyone. As you exhale, imagine the events of the day or week floating out of your body. Put these worries aside and begin to relax your entire body and mind. Feel the tension in your muscles begin to subside. Begin at your solar plexus and imagine the white light moving up and down your body from this point. Imagine the warmth of the energy as it passes through your muscles and organs. Feel the tingling sensations as the light moves down to your toes and up your body to the top of your head. Imagine your entire body engulfed by this white divine light, from the inside out.
      4. Say a prayer once more asking your guides and teachers to come to you and to help with the purpose of this mediation. State your intention clearly and ask 'God' to help you with your meditative journey. Don't forget to thank them up front for their efforts.
      5. This step takes a little practice, don't worry if you can't do this for any extended period of time, but at least give it a try. Keep your eyes closed, but look up at the pineal gland. This is a small gland located in the middle of your forehead, just above the brow. (this is also considered to be the position of your third eye and is therefore the gateway to higher conscious realms). Try to keep your eyes focused on this point. The muscles around your eyes may become sore as you stretch them upward, so don't over do this at first. As you practice, this step will become easier and easier to do.
      6. As you focus on your third eye imagine your at the base of a tunnel, dimly light and slanted upward. Imagine your astral body (or your soul) standing up from your physical body and begin to walk toward and into the tunnel. See the lights on the walls and the texture of the floor as you walk through the tunnel. Imagine yourself moving upward.
      7. Just ahead you see the opening to the tunnel and as you reach the top, you realize you are standing on a ledge high above your town. You feel propelled to raise your arms and step off the cliff. At the very second you leave the cliff, your astral body morphs into a beautiful bird and you begin to fly westward toward the Pacific.
      8. Imagine the landscape passing below you, the mountains, rivers, forests and deserts. Imagine your soul flying over the coastline of California and out over the ocean. Now turn your wings a little to the north, flying toward the center of the northern pacific.
      9. As you travel over the water you see in the distance an island. It's not a terribly big island, but it's large enough to hold a tall dormant volcano which now has a great water fall spilling into a clear pool at it's base. Now dip your wings slightly and make your way to the edge of that pool. As you step onto the island under a large shade tree, you instantly morph back into your human soul form. Look around and see the soft carpet of moss under your feet, listen to the crashing soothing sounds of the waterfall, take in a deep breath and smell the fresh flower sweetened air. This is the Island of the Animal Kingdom. Every animal that has ever existed lives on this island or in the pool of water before you.
     10. Now imagine yourself sitting under this tree on the moss, next to the pool of water. Get very comfortable and prepare yourself for another internal meditation on this island. Imagine yourself going into a meditation state. Call your animal guide and ask them to come and make themselves known to you. Imagine yourself getting as relaxed as possible. As soon as your ready, imagine yourself opening your eyes. The first image you see before you is your animal spirit. Either on the land or in the water, the animal makes itself known to you.
     11. The remainder of this meditation is up to the individual. You can ask their name, ask them what lessons you have to learn from them. Ask them what strengths and/or weaknesses they bring to you. Ask them how they can help you combat these weaknesses. And ask them how you can call on their strengths to help you during stressful situations or when ever you need a little extra energy.
     12. When you have concluded your visit, make sure you thank them deeply for their gift of service and protection to you. Thank them for coming here during this meditation to meet you and/or visit with you. Give them a goodbye hug. Then imagine yourself lifting your arms and morphing back into the bird spirit. Fly back over the ocean to California, over the deserts and forests and rivers. Back to the edge of the tunnel. As soon as you step down on the tunnel you morph back into your human self again.
     13. Imagine yourself walking back into the tunnel and heading back down to your meditative space. Imagine your soul walking through the door to your room, and seeing your physical body right where you left it. As your soul steps back inside your spiritual body, all the visions sensations and answers you received merge with your physical brain and are automatically stored into your conscious mind.
     14. Take in a deep breath, begin to feel your body, become more and more aware of your surroundings, have a nice long and hard stretch, then open your eyes.

   Remember: The last thing you should do before you get up from your meditative spot is to record this event either on tape or in a journal. It's important to do it right away while the images, feelings and sounds are still clear in your mind.
   Next, find information about your animal guide. Read about it's habits, talents and personality. How much does this animal reflect your own personality? You should also begin to surround yourself with images of you animal guide. This helps the conscious mind connect with the animal spirit during the day and can give you added strength and support during your activities.
   The more you meet with your animal guide, the more you begin to feel their presence around you during your conscious states. You will feel them at your side, perhaps lying down next to you, protecting you, and giving you comfort when you may feel all alone. They are truly our best friends and will never leave us.
